Get the ground to get it off the ground
Live-in Business Incubator
If you’re serious about starting a Regenerative Enterprise but lack the space and support you need, consider moving in to our new full-time residential business incubator in Norman, Oklahoma.
We are seeking two female entrepreneurs to build their businesses in community. We have a four bedroom house with space and resources to launch many types of regenerative enterprises, anything you can run out of a residential home (no storefront). The goal is to build these businesses to the point that they can afford a larger commercial location.

Business Spaces and Uses
Grow Room
A detached 12’x33′ building is equipped with grow lights, heating/cooling, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, and air exchange. It was previously used to grow cannabis but could be used for mushrooms or plant starts.
Shop
A two car garage is open for any number of uses. We have plenty of electricity and space to run equipment for glass blowing, pottery, carpentry, welding, etc.
Exercise Room
This room is great for personal training or a small class. It can accommodate 4-6 people on yoga mats or up to 10 people doing meditation or Kirtan. It also has a projector and screen installed for instructional videos or documentaries.
Classroom
This room can hold up to 30 people for a presentation or 16 people around small tables. It will have a large white board across one wall. I’ll host regular small group coaching sessions. To be mindful of neighbors, we’ll limit larger events to one per week.
Back Yard
The back yard has plenty of space for a plant nursery, market garden, equipment, and outdoor storage. We have a chicken coop and two chickens, a shed for garden tools, and a frame for a greenhouse.
Front Yard
The front yard is begging for us to install a regenerative demonstration garden. You may put out a yard sign for your business. There is plenty of street parking and no HOA, but we’ll be mindful of neighbors and limit traffic.
Kitchen
A large kitchen could be used to produce food for sale under the Homemade Food Freedom Act. It will also be used to prepare garden inputs and sterilize mushroom substrates.
Storage
There is plenty of storage space for business and personal use. Each resident will get their own hallway closet and more space is available to share.
Personal Spaces
Bedroom 1
This bedroom is 11′ x 9.5′ and has a walk-in closet. All of the bedrooms are upstairs so there is plenty of privacy.
Bedroom 2
This bedroom is 14′ x 10.5′ and has a large closet. Both bedroom’s windows overlook the back yard.
Bathrooms
There are two full bathrooms upstairs and another half bath downstairs.
Private Time
We’ll agree on certain hours to have the house to ourselves and quiet time. I have an awesome 16 year old daughter and a sweet cat.
